Bootcamp at The Hub

Boot Camp is a challenging, fun and supportive workout that will boost your mood, build confidence, and burn calories. If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that’s ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and members of all fitness levels are welcome. This interactive boot camp experience consists of blending together elements of cardio, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, and pilates.
