This workshop is not for you if you’ve done extensive training, reading or coaching on management or leadership development.

Building off your purpose and values, I’ll show you a process for co-creating a powerful strategic vision to inspire and focus your people.
I spent five years as a lead strategist at Wolff Olins, a creative consultancy famous for its work on the 2012 Olympics, Uber, Tate and (RED). Strategic storytelling is one of my superpowers.
We’ll work together to begin the journey of uncovering the core facets of your strategy: your audience: who you are for, your cause: what problem you’re solving, your organization’s purpose: why you exist, your outcome: what the world will look like when your work is done, your core metric: what are you trying to achieve, and your strategic priorities: where are you people focusing their energy.
